1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to agenolx. This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the agenolx platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and agenolx.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the agenolx platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions stated in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and all other relevant policies.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the agenolx platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the agenolx platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Agenolx does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register or use this platform in any capacity.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and use online gambling services.
• Non-agenolx staff: Staff, contractors, and immediate family members of agenolx employees are not permitted to register as regular members.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and account verification must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Agenolx reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Account Registration

Registering an agenolx account is free and takes less than five minutes. During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full name as shown on your identification card
• Malaysia identity card number (MyKad) or valid passport number
• An active email address used personally
• A Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• Bank account details for withdrawal purposes

Accounts using false information, another person's identity, or unverifiable details will be closed immediately. Any balance in such accounts may be forfeited if evidence of fraud is found.

Upon successful registration, agenolx will send a confirmation email to the registered address. Your account must be verified before you can make a deposit or claim any bonus.

4 Deposit & Payment

Agenolx accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate the deposit process. All available payment methods are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

• Deposit methods: FPX (Online Banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer to the designated account.
• Minimum deposit: RM 20 for most payment methods. Specific minimum limits may vary depending on the selected method.
• Processing time: Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are credited in under one minute. Manual bank transfers take 5 to 30 minutes depending on bank operating hours.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• Own funds: You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources and accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Agenolx does not charge any fees for deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your agenolx account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification: Your first withdrawal requires completed full identity verification (KYC). Required documents include a photo of your identification card and a selfie holding your identification card.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal request.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method and time of request. Requests submitted between 9 AM and 10 PM on business days are typically processed faster.
• Withdrawal method: Funds may only be withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name.
• Wagering requirement: Any bonus received must fully meet the wagering requirements before the relevant funds can be withdrawn.
• Maximum withdrawal: Daily withdrawal limits are set according to membership tier. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Agenolx offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash. This requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each bonus.
• Validity period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once that period lapses.
• One bonus at a time: Generally, only one bonus may be active at any one time unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• Eligibility: Some bonuses are only available for specific deposit methods or specific games only.

Agenolx reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions made by agenolx regarding bonus eligibility and awards are final.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the agenolx platform are subject to their respective rules. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before you start playing.

• Game results: All game results are final once completed. No changes will be made after a game ends unless a technical fault is acknowledged by agenolx.
• Technical malfunction: In the event of a technical fault during gameplay, agenolx will investigate the server log records. If a game cannot be completed properly, the wager will be fully refunded to the player.
• Disconnection: Agenolx is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection disruptions on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet: Each table and game has different betting limits. These limits are clearly displayed within the game interface.

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the agenolx platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes
• Player collusion in poker or any other multi-player games
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner that violates the spirit of promotional offers
• Sharing or selling your account to another party
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location or to bypass geo-restrictions
• Any form of threats, harassment, or inappropriate language directed at agenolx staff or other players

9 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. This includes your password, PIN, and any other verification details.

• Password: Use a strong and unique password for your agenolx account. Do not reuse the same password from other platforms.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): We encourage all members to enable 2FA in their account settings for an added layer of security.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the agenolx support team immediately to temporarily freeze your account.
• Public devices: Avoid logging in to your agenolx account from public computers or unsecured public WiFi networks.

Agenolx will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

10 Platform Responsibilities

Agenolx makes every effort to provide a stable, secure, and uninterrupted platform. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will operate without any disruption at all times.

• Scheduled maintenance: Agenolx will notify users of scheduled maintenance that may cause service disruptions as early as possible.
• Liability cap: Agenolx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits or income.
• Third-party providers: Agenolx uses gaming software from licensed third-party providers. Any defects or issues originating from such software are beyond the direct control of agenolx.

11 Account Closure

An agenolx account may be closed by you or by agenolx under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any legitimate balance will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification.
• Self-exclusion: Members who choose to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may apply for temporary or permanent account closure.
• Closure by agenolx: Agenolx reserves the right to close an account if you violate any part of these terms, provide false information, or engage in activities deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform.
• Balance upon closure: For closures due to terms violations, agenolx reserves the right to withhold any balance obtained through activities that breach those terms.
